We found the place to be everything we wanted—and more! A comfortable, clean little bungalow in a perfect location, close to the bus stops we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, providing us with maps, directions, and even offering to call a taxi when we asked for recommendations. The early check-out process was smooth and convenient. We also greatly appreciated the flawless air conditioning in our rooms! Thank you!

A new hotel in the heart of Venice. I want to mention the incredibly beautiful design of the hotel, very intimate and cozy! Everything is new in the hotel, the rooms are perfectly clean! Also, I would like to say a special thank you to the hotel staff, who were very attentive to our rest and made it unforgettable! They were attentive to every detail, I honestly haven't seen such a service anywhere else in the world! I also recommend that if you stay at this hotel, do not hesitate to ask for recommendations on rest from the concierge, who recommended and booked amazing places! The best hotel in Venice, I advise you!

Our stay in Venice was fantastic! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and super comfortable, set in a lovely, peaceful neighbourhood not far from the city centre. It was great to be close to everything but still enjoy some quiet after busy days. Sonia, our host, was amazing — friendly, welcoming, and full of helpful advice. She told us about hidden gems to visit, the best ways to get around, and how to easily get tickets for museums. She also pointed us to some great local shops and restaurants. Thanks to her, we had a smooth and memorable trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent hotel with hospitable staff. We felt well-informed and taken care off during our stay. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and had helped arrange a surprise for us from our friends upon our arrival. The location provides a dreamy hideaway from the busy streets of Venice. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the high ceiling and view to the garden. Food was great, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. Definitely one of our favourite stays and we will return when visiting Venice again.
