Completely refurbished B&B in a non-cluttered decor. Very accommodating hosts. Lovely outdoor terrace for breakfast and lounging. Received helpful information prior to arrival. Optimal location if arriving by car. Bagage drop in Piazza Santa Maria (we used the EasyPark app to pay for parking here), and free parking a short 8-minute walk from Porta Santa Maria.

The host was so kind to us! He picked us up and brought us back to the station, which is a big deal! There was a thoughtful welcome gift too. Fabrizio also gave us great advice about the area, and even carried our heavy bags for us-extremely kind. Not far from everything, a nice bakery very close, and a very short walk to the pines, the beaches, the historic center plus shopping and wharf. There are fun bikes to ride, a kitchen nice to prepare meals, books to read, beautiful bright apartment with marble floors. Overall super pleasant experience.

Very good value for the money, lot of space in the apartment. There is a small bar near the hotel which is open in the night and you can eat fresh made food. Key handover is flexible, we could get it late night from a box. Location is in industrial zone, but this is no problem when you come with a car.
