We can´t recommend Cretan Dream Resort and Spa highly enough. We have stayed in many 4 and 5 stars hotels all over the world and this is our best experience! The manager and all of the staff are the most precious gems of the hotel. They did absolutely everything for us! You feel like you are staying with a big Cretan family and they treat you royal. You truly feel that they do care about you, your wellbeeing and how your stay is. Even though we were demanding and difficult guests at times they handled it very professionally and kindly. We are very thankful for that. The food is very good, paired with excellent wines, the pool area is fabulous with great views over the ocean, relaxing and not crowded. In the beautiful spa area we got the best massage ever so we highly recommend having treatments there. In the evenings they sometimes have theme dinners and shows that are fun. We give this hotel six stars of five possible or ten out of ten :). We hope to come back soon and will recommend it to eveyone travelling to Crete. I loved everything about this hotel. At first sight - we just thought that everything was beautiful and clean. But then we realized that this hotel really cares about their guests and the service is really out of this world. Chris, that was in the reception majority of the time that we stayed there, always aimed for us to have the best time even though it rained while we stayed in the hotel for a majority of our visit. She and her colleagues always greeted us with smiles, giving us tips about where to go and how to get to those places. I know that it doesn’t sound like it’s anything more than ”regular” service, but when you meet people that treat you so good as they treated us in a 5-star hotel (and mind you - that doesn’t happen often since we mainly stay at 5-star hotels) then you appreciate the whole trip in a complete other way. Also, me and my boyfriend have worked within hospitality and service during the majority of our careers and we know that good service takes energy and commitment. If the manager of this hotel sees this review - please tell everybody on your team how great they are! Because we will be back in the fall again (booked another visit day 2 of our stay). And (!) not to forget to mention the spa. I got a treatment from Maria Hanaroli down at the spa and it was amazing! If you stay at the hotel make sure to get a treatment with her to make your trip even more luxurious.

This Amazing newly refurbished hotel is secluded and on the waterfront but close enough to Chania ‘s Old Town and Harbour .The views and the sound of the gentle waves below make it a truly exceptional choice for a holiday break. The staff are ALL so polite and accommodating especially the two brothers Yannis and Nectarios who even offered to drive us , in turns, to Elefonisi beach and Rethymno a must during your stay in Crete.     Breakfast and all the staff was wonderful. Everyone was nice and fun, they really made our stay. Having breakfast overlooking the pool and sea every morning was amazing. The pool area is so quite and relaxing, the bar had really good cocktails, we also had a light lunch the last day, it was absolutely reasonably priced and delicious. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back in a heartbeat!

    Petros and his team went above and beyond to make our stay as welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable at they all could. The breakfast was more than plentiful, and the timings suited our group. Our Luxury Suite room was amazing and spacious, and perfect situated with a fantastic view over the beach and the bay. The pool and the space around it was very comfortable with beautiful views over the beach and bay also, and the pool team catered to all our needs. We couldn't have wanted for more!

    Perfect for a relaxing vacation. The resort contain several pools, bars, restaurants and a comfortable access to a sandy beach. Lots of pool beds are available and the atmosphere is nice. The spa is lovely (book in advance). Breakfast has plenty of options. You can find free parking outside the hotel and its within 15-20 minutes drive from Chania. The staff was extremally nice
