A nice hotel that pleases with its quality as soon as you enter it. The check-in procedure is just great, I have never seen such service anywhere else. There is no need to stand in line for check-in, they take the documents and tell everything in detail about the hotels at the table with drinks. The overall impression of the hotel is very positive. The area is large, very clean, the food is delicious and varied, the children have their own table with healthy food. The private sandy beach is protected by a stone ridge, so it is still safe to swim there with children in strong winds and waves. The water park is suitable for all ages, both small and large. There are many rescuers who keep order. The hotel has a lot of staff and attention to guests, we did not stand in queues at the bar, the waiters worked quickly, everything is very clean. Free self-service laundry. I highly recomended this hotel for families with kids.

This is our second year coming to this hotel, and we plan to do so every year :-) We travel with friends who also have children. Everything at the hotel is perfect - the hotel has everything for children (kids' club and children's pools), yet it also presents itself as a wonderful adult hotel where there aren't screaming children all the time. The rooms are lovely, and there is daily cleaning! The buffet, both for breakfast and dinner, is the best I've seen and tasted - Delicious organic ingredients, always new variations, a wonderful salad bar, and they also cater to children. A bonus is the dessert with new cakes and an ice cream bar every evening! One of the nicest things about the hotel is that there is never a shortage of sunbeds. We like to switch between different pools in the middle of the day, which is never a problem because there are always available sunbeds. (I think they have a policy of removing towels if no one has used the bed in 30 minutes) Respect for addressing such a common issue at many hotels!

    The hotel is beautiful and staff are excellent, a true 5 star experience. We really enjoyed the breakfast, with a wide selection of quality products, again staff attention was great. The pools were lovely, being one with salt water! The kids enjoyed the kids aqua park. We also used the spa, which had excellent facilities and friendly staff.

    Quite simply, our holiday here was phenomenal. Room was great, every day there were little extras. Buffet restaurant was amongst the best we have ever sampled. Communal pools where relaxing and spacious, villa pools were secluded and private. Staff were immense, without exception.

    The workers are very very kind the generosity is extraordinary every day they give water and fruits to the room they treat us as if we were king The hotel is very nice and clean the pool is perfect very relaxing with sea water the spa is perfect Mary from the massage is perfect we enjoy very much they are so polite and kind
