The friendliness of all the staff and especially the front desk who contributed massively to getting us a room that matched our needs, ex walk in shower and extra large bed. Very good breakfast.

Honestly, I was worried because of the reviews. There were so many bad ones. But I was so, so satisfied with my six-night stay. The interior of the accommodation was extremely clean, and the room environment, including its smell and cleanliness, was perfect. Whenever I was missing items like towels or coffee, they always brought them to my room. The subway station is a two-minute walk from the accommodation, and there are delicious Indian restaurants nearby. I was so happy with my stay. The pool was also wonderful. The staff were so friendly.

Did not have breakfast so can't comment on that but had lunch on first day, and food and service excellent. Location could not be beaten for our activities (shopping and going to theatre)
