the room was quiet and clean and the pool, sauna and massage were a real treat.
Parking was easy and the surrounds well kept - the staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. The reception rooms were attractively decorated, light and spacious with pleasant views of the garden.

Breakfast and dinner is available at the hotel restaurant and it is really good. They were able to cater our food types and allergies/restrictions.
The room was quiet and well maintained, very clean and the staff was fabulous.
Pool and spa area is really worth using to relax and unwind.

Fantastic location with beautiful decor. My two whippets and I were welcomed from arrival until departure. I would highly recommend any discerning dogs to take their human companions here for a wonderful break! Beautiful wooded area on site with Winchelsea beach just a 15 min drive away. Only one small issue with TV was resolved in minutes by a fantastic member of staff. Fantastic food along with plenty of secluded space to relax inside and outside of premises. I look forward to returning very soon 🙏🏼

The swimming pool facilities were great, lovely sauna, stem room a jacuzzi. Overall a pleasant stay, left feeling relaxed after the two days using the pool facilities. I had porridge and my partner had pancakes for breakfast, it was good quality food and they also offered alternative milk which was a plus.

Everything was fantastic - spacious, comfortable double room with beautiful view, lovely spa facilities, nice lounge area for a drink from the bar. Lovely breakfast. Hotel is set in a quiet location with pretty grounds, perfect for relaxing. The staff were exceptional, very welcoming, friendly and helpful, they made our stay perfect. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again.

it’s always a relaxing stay at Flackley Ash the staffing team are always happy to help. the facilities are great nice pool area always clean and fresh looking. restaurant is nice and a comfortable bar area and lounge lots of space to park the breakfasts are cooked to order and wonderful
