The room was decent size, and it was clean. Check-in and check out process was super easy and quick. We used the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. Loved the outdoor pool, rose garden, and sitting out on the main terrace. The atmosphere is very relaxed, you are left to your own devices. Generous spa allowance throughout stay. Friendly and relaxed staff. Dinner in the brasserie was wonderful as was the inclusive breakfast. There were vegan and gluten free options. Location is beautiful. The upgrade to a deluxe room, which was more like a small apartment ,made it exceptional value for money. We will definitely return. The hot tub and steam room had very high levels of chemicals so my eyes (and others) were burning. The lunch in spa restaurant was lovely, but so much salt so much that all it tasted was salt. The room was lovely, if a little warm but hotels are always on the warm side. The breakfast was lovely, decent size but the toast was basic, perhaps sourdough bread would be a better idea, just felt a little basic (like a budget chain hotel).Guest review byScarlettYoung couple
