The location is perfect and it is truly ski right to the door. Very very convenient. The only issue is if you are taking public transit there it is a bit of a walk to where the bus drops you off. However not an issue if you don’t mind a brief walk for about 10 minutes.

The view from our balcony was stunning. We had evening cocktails and morning coffee on our balcony, enjoying the views. Breakfast and dinner were enjoyable. We arrived on our bicycles and the location was right on the bike path. The hotel had a very secure room to store and charge our bikes. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Superb choice for breakfast, outstanding evening meal, but the location is second to none. 360 degree mountain views. Couldn't fault the staff and cannot think of a more romantic destination hotel.

The restaurant at the Krone has some of the best food in the Allgäu. The rooms are fairly large, many have balconies, and the bathroom (and shower) are actually large. Closet space is also plentiful.

This place is family run, and it shows. The owners really do go out of their way to make you comfortable and welcome. We especially liked dinner at the restaurant. Every dinner was excellent. One day a week, they have a buffet dinner, and you can meet all of the chefs in the kitchen at that time. To make a long story short, I came away several kilos heavier after a week, but I don't regret it. We look forward to coming again to go hiking in the mountains and the like.
