Restaurant offer, facilities, kids size bathrobes (so adorable), swimming pool, playgrounds, kids club - it really makes parents life and vacation so much easier. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Friendly, helpful staff, loads of choices for breakfast and dinner, a cosy room with a view. A great base to go and hike and cycle from. I couldn't recommend this more.

Big hotel that never seems to be big, thanks to a brilliant layout. Excellent staff, the service level is really high. Good bed, shower, room. Great Spa and Pool area. The separate family spa is brilliant, it keeps the adult only spa quiet but is not lacking in its offering. Probably the best breakfast buffet and à la carte we have had. Dinner at the hotel was really good as well.

Nice location with lakeview , very quiet, nice gardens, super friendly staff making you feel welcome. Beautiful and lovingly arranged Christmas decorations throughout the house making it very cozy. Great breakfast served at the table with a smile. Clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed tha Sauna too. I will come back.
