-Clean spacious room with fruit and snacks provided each day. -Buffet style breakfast was ample, large choice of hot and cold food and drinks. -Great central location - 20 mins to the airport and Wu tong ferry port. Next to Xiamen train station and 5 mins walk to metro and BRT. -staff were excellent - 小張 was especially kind to us during our stay.

This is my first time stayed with Waldorf hotel,the location is good,the neighborhood easy to walk around,many restaurants can choose, the staff are the best. We enjoyed it very much,next time we will visit again. The chef of Brasserie one is excellent, He takes care of us so kindly and warm, Waldorf is perfect for travelers.

I have been travelling to Xiamen every year for business, first time at this hotel. Excellent facilities, friendly and accommodating staff (though most don’t speak English-as usual in China, but they will do their best to assist you), great breakfast buffet and only 10 min walk to the exhibition center. Shopping area with restaurants also 10 min walk, so location is ideal. Great seaview. Will happily stay here again!

Fantastic hotel if you want to explore Xiamen and the region. Perfectly located at the heart of the city, the Swiss Grand offers spacious rooms, a stunning view on the harbour and best of all, amazing staff who will help you get along with all that you need to accomplish when travelling China as a foreigner. The staff there was polite and helpful. What I don't like is how booking.com arrangement. When I arrived , I was informed my booking wasn't in thier system. I was damn tired and have to wait until they arrange the room for me. I was checked in to the room and they verified my card while they checking my reservation with booking.com I was so shocked when my bill turn out RM965.80 instead of RM804 as I book earlier with booking.com If your portal unable to handle my booking , please inform me before I took the hassle take a taxi to the hotel. I am really disappointed with what was happened. Just felt been cheated by booking.com
