It's a beautiful hotel!! The view from the room was incredible!! It's very well located, steps from the historic center. The parking is fantastic, on-site, and free. The staff are very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Beds were very comfortable! The location was only a short walk away from the train station. Absolutely beautiful area. The access to a full kitchen and also laundry was perfect for us.

Directly linked to the Gruyère Spa via an underground hallway, the Hotel Cailler has charming country-style rooms and fine cuisine.

Everything, from check in until check out. Eva had checked us in prior to our arrival and it was the smoothest/ fastest check in ever. Got out of the car and straight into our upgraded suite. The rooms were simple and elegant, balcony view was awesome

Everything. I would come back and recommend it to everyone i know: the location was perfect, clean, friendly team, spacious rooms and balconies …. Everything was great! We left early in the morning, and the receptionist told us she could have the coffee machine ready for us to use and have our coffees before going, but LORD i felt like a child when i saw they prepared 2 breakfast bags for us to take away!! I mean, that was extremely thoughtful! I stayed in hundreds of hotel but no one ever did that! I wS very impressed….
