Appeared to be newly refurbished. All the staff were friendly and helpful, solved the one issue we had very efficiently and without fuss. Clean and up to standard, with the attention to detail you'd expect from a mineral bath spa hotel to relax and heal your body. The restaurant is fantastic, with an excellent chef. The doorman was very friendly character and assisted us with our luggage.

It was easy to find, check in & check out. Communication via booking very prompt. They even helped us with an earlier check in. We've been in transit for one night, but the apartment it's spacious and confortable and can accomodate a family even for a longer period. There is parking space underground for a 10 BGN fee/day with payment and reservation in advance.
