A Wonderful Stay with Stunning Views We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of four (two adults and two children), and we absolutely loved it. This is truly one of the best hotels in the area. The hotel is located on an elevated spot, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding nature, mountains, and forests. It’s also just a 15-minute drive from the lift to the Seven Rila Lakes, which was perfect for our hiking plans. The rooms were very cozy and clean, and the service during our stay was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfasts, which were included in the price, were standard but fitting for this type of hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to the area! Just for information (not as negatives): • There is no air conditioning. • The mattresses are on the softer side. • There is no elevator. • The spa is open from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Love the sauna and jacuzzi!!! There are many different sauna and steam room to choose from!! The staff were very nice and helpful. It was snowing when we visited so get a very nice view! Easy to park

The host was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable and warm. The common space was spacious, there was everything we needed in the fully equipped kitchen and living room. The jacuzzi and sauna were also very good. Overall, the place was very comfortable and perfect for a group of friends. Last but not least, we really enjoyed the breakfast, which was tasty and homemade.

I was attending wrestlin world championship in Arena Samokov, which is just next to the hotel, so super convenient, if you go to this small town, hotel arena is on of the best options

The room was clean and comfortable, and the spa and pools were great. The spa always had a variety of water, and the hours for the pools and saunas allowed for ample use. The dinner buffet was also good, especially the selection of salads and desserts.
