I particularly enjoyed the peaceful ambiance and the thoughtful amenities, including spacious spa area, gym and restaurants, provided, which added to the comfort of my stay. We loved absolutely everything about this magical place. The building and every detail about the place is thoughtful, beautiful and authentic. The renovations are impeccable while the history, charm and authenticness still shine through. The pool is spectacular the location, our room and every meal was lovely and memorable. All the staff were also exceptional. We can’t wait to return.

All of the food options were excellent, definitely don’t miss the Austrian restaurant nor the Alter Goldener Berg for traditional fondue. Breakfast is also excellent. Most importantly, the entire staff was genuinely attentive and beyond responsive to any requests or needs. I cannot recommend highly enough.
