The staff was kind and welcoming, and the room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with handwritten notes to greet our family. Every detail felt personal, even at breakfast, where our family name was written on the table. We travelled with our dog and at the room there were also pet supplies waiting for us.
