I’d give 10 stars if there was an option for that. I had amazing experience to stay here. Great place to stay, all you need is just yourself and bring your clothes. The owners are so friendly and helpful. Definitely will go back here again. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at AS Rezydencja so much! The location was perfect - very close to national park, free parking spot, very polite staff. The breakfast served was just amazing! The place was beyond our expectations!

I liked everything. Exactly what I wanted for my family on this vacation: coziness, peace, comfort and delicious, varied breakfasts. From the balcony you could see the mountains and hear the mountain stream 😌 The spa area added a highlight and was the advantage of this hotel. The staff is very friendly. I will recommend this boarding house to friends for family and couple holidays.

We liked everything. The hotel is well-oriented for families with children. It has a fabulous children's room and a swimming pool (the children's area is super warm). In the pool, there are different rings, armbands, balls, etc. Also, at the entrance to the hotel, there are sleds that hotel residents can take for free. There is a sled hill right in front of the hotel (free). There is a store nearby.

The apartament was amazing, very spacious and comfortable, with huge terrace offering the views of Śnieżka in one direction, and the town with surrounding hills in the other one. It is located on a hill, 10 min walk from the chairlift to Kopa and the entrance to the green trail. There is a nice restaurant just 2 min walk away. The check-in and check-out were totally unproblematic, I had a good contact with the responsible person. Having an underground parking lot in the same building was a great bonus, too! We will definitely stay there again when we visit Karpacz next time.
