I enjoyed very much the location, central in Tirano, in the historical part of the city. It's closer to shops and restaurants. The B&B seems to have been renovated recently. The rooms are nice, bright and clean. Claudio is an excellent host. He provided important information for my arrival, as well as a kind support to take me to the train station on the departure date due to the heavy rain on that day. He is preparing every day a nice breakfast, with local products. Of great value, his wife's home baked cakes! Delicious! For sure I'll stay again here next time I visit Tirano!

Sabrina is a great host. She has maintained the property very well. It has everything you need from a toothpick to washing machine. She has taken care of every small detail. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Sabrina is very responsive as well. Highly recommended.

The place was walking distance from the train station and they prepared it so it was warm when we entered. I was traveling with my wife and two daughters and I just thought it was a very thoughtful touch that they added to really bring the experience of another level. I really hope to come back one day with my grandkids and just spend a few days getting to know this little town and relaxing and getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. It was spacious, squeaky clean and conveniently located

The owners are very kind and friendly, always willing to help with whatever you need. Bruno was our contact on this vacation and he is such a kind person! We enjoyed very much the vacation house, located almost on top of one of Tirano’s hills, in the very traditional little village of Roncaiola. The view from the balcony and the terrace is absolutelly stunning, and the little house is so cozy and pitoresque!
