We love everything about this hotel. The location is perfect and the staff are so friendly so thank you ! Hotel lobby is lovely and the rooms are spacious and clean and have all the facilities. Love the lounge with breakfast and snacks and drinks. All in all, we had a wonderful stay

Guests staying in Club Rooms and Junior Suites enjoy exclusive access to the Sheraton Club Lounge, offering English breakfast, all-day refreshments, and high-speed internet – the perfect space to work, connect, or unwind. The room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfy, shower was great. Nice restaurant breakfast with lots of options, and very friendly staff. Dinner in Sports Bar was yummy, good value for money. A very good stay, would recommend.

For a Sheraton, the room was pretty basic. Had all the basic amenities - safe, small refrigerator, Wi-Fi, etc..

The bed was big and comfortable, it was not too loud even though the hotel is located near the airport. There were European type plugs on the desk so I didn't need to use my adapters in the end. Price for a Sheraton Hotel near the airport was fine. If you travel only for a short meeting then the location near the airport is quite nice. Traveling by bus would be the fastest option, taxi took me longer and was more expensive. Hotel's shuttle operates only once per hour. Breakfast was fine, pastry was good.

easy checkin and checkout. Quiet, comfortable, clean. (Planes landing just over the fence at Heathrow - but no noise heard when in room. A place to rest while on a course at the Sheraton for half the price. (But no gym - not that i had any free time)

What can you say, it’s Sheraton so you expect a higher standard of service and that’s what you get, the room was of good size and comfortable with all the modern conveniences expected
