Hotel staff top service 👌 always very helpful and professional 👏.
I love the gym and pool nice and kept well
Right next to the BTS railway convenient to any mall like from MKB to Siam mall and also to Terminal 21 mall.
Bigc convenient store is around the corner and 7/11 is close by also Macca's was a short walk away.
Overall I would definitely rebook this hotel if I can next time we travel back to Bangkok

Our stay at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel and Towers was exceptional! 🌟 The location is perfect, right on the river, offering stunning views from our room. The hotel provides convenient transportation to Siam, making it easy to explore the city.
We loved waking up to the beautiful river views each morning, and the hotel's location made it a breeze to experience the best of Bangkok. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and scenic stay in the heart of the city!

We stayed here as it was a good option, with quiet rooms, a great view and the same price as some 3-star hotels near Khao San. The staff were very helpful and our room, slightly older, was a treat to stay in. We had breakfast one day and it was full of selection and was a fun experience. The Sheraton boat was a great link to the mall and the BTS. We would stay here again, for sure. The highlight was the peacocks and just a space with nature. It was nice to be able to stretch your legs and two pools was a bonus.
