We've always enjoyed staying at Sheraton, wherever we were so it was an obvious choice. We know the hotel has everything we need and there are no unpleasant surprises. We loved the comfortable bed, breakfast and overall the stay was as expected.

The overall experience of staying the Sheraton Krakow is quite pleasant. The location is one of the best in the old town. The first impression of the service is good, and the breakfast is quite nice as well.
