Czech RepublicAbsolutely everything was great. The room itself, the extremely helpful staff. We had a problem with a booking tour. The receptionist had and hour-long call with the agency to make sure we’ll get our money back, as we don’t speak Spanish. They helped us to get a better tour. Excelent client service.
The bed was great, really hard, nice bathroom and big selection at the hotel breakfast.
