I had chosen this hotel based on location and the website pictures. The reality was somewhat outdated. Staff is doing what they can, but this building is in need of renovation and not worthy of the Sheraton name

-the pool is wonderful, it’s big and really nice
-the room was a bit dirty there was hair in the sink and in the shower
-the hotel is old (it’s not Sheraton level from another countries)
-it’s too expensive for this standard they provide
-I would not pay again that much for such conditions
-personnel was extremely friendly especially one receptionist and the guys at the pool and pool bar
