I became ill with a cold/flu during my business trip. The housekeeping team noticed there were vitamins and various supplements I was taking when they cleaned my room. They made the extra effort to give me more daily water bottles to increase my water intake to help me get better. I appreciated the level of caring and service so much I shared what the Sheraton staff did with my own staff who also work in the service industry.
