I had a great stay at Sheraton MOE. The hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms are all new. Amr upgraded my room to a high floor with a stunning view of the Burj Al Arab. Highly recommend!

Always a pleasure to stay at Four points by Sheraton. From check in to check out everything was exceptional. The reception staff , the security staff , the housekeeping staff were all so kind. That's what I love the most...smiling face always greeting us no matter the time of day.

This time, I loved the way how Aminah, the receptionist, was dealing with the people. In my opinion, her customer service is second to none. In general, the hotel has an excellent location and we intend to come back again. Also, the room service was good when it comes to security. I highly recommend Sheraton hotel Emirate Mall in Dubai.

I only stayed for a short night during a stopover. It is a typical luxury Dubai Sheraton hotel. Outdoor pool (8am - 8pm) I can recommend the bigger Japanese restaurant in the hotel. They have few very expensive dishes but the majority is reasonable for Dubai standards.

The room was quite spacious with a comfortable bed. The location was excellent with direct access to MOE and the metro. A very prime location with easy access to Dubai. Abbass at the Sheraton Club was amazing. He made us feel at home. Staff all over the hotel premises was very nice and friendly. Kalpana the room service staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Breakfast was great with a rotational menu.

SHERATON HOTEL IS CONSIDERED TO ME AND MY FAMILY AS OUR SECOND HOME WHENEVER WE VISIT DUBAI. THE HOTEL PROVIDES GREAT FACILITIES. I WILL NEVER CHANGE THIS HOTEL AS LONG AS WE FEEL CONFERRABLE AT ALL TIMES. THANKS A LOT TO THE MANAGEMENT AND ALL WORKERS. MY OVERALL OPINION IS RATED AS AN EXCELLENT
