Cosy, modern, clean and within minutes walking distance of Oslo central station. Navigating around Oslo from here is very easy on the buses and trams. Kitchenware is also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the aparthotel, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. This apartment-hotel is in the "old town" part of Drammen, more charming and more restaurants compared to the other side of the river (based on my observation and the comments from my colleagues who were staying in hotels on the other side of the river). The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. Espresso machine worked well - more capsules available at the supermarket across the road. Bathroom well stocked with hand wash and lotion, shampoo/body wash and conditioner. Loved having the washing machine - there was a drying rack and things dried quickly overnight. Bed was very comfy and so was the couch in the living room. Easy to cast from your phone to the TV for apps like Youtube and I believe there was also Netflix. Lovely view of the Bragernes church tower from the window (I was on the top floor). Elin provided quick assistance when asked via the Bookings.com app. Easy to get into the building with the app (download Upkey before your stay....instructions to do this came while I was travelling and it was difficult to download on the move) or a provided keycard and into the apartment with a short number. Short walk over the bridge to the train station - note there is an elevator on the train station side but you have to look for it behind the staircase, and no stairs on the hotel side of the river. Wifi worked very well, in fact better than the office I was working at during the week. Coworker had an even nicer room across the hall from me.

There is a separate bedroom with a somewhat narrow bed for 2 persons, but in the living area there is a very comfortable double sofa bed. There is a Senseo, oven, washer / dryer combination, kettle and a large TV with Google apps. We could use the garden furniture which has been placed especially for the guests. We had a wonderful stay here for 3 days, partly because of the friendly owners who live in a house next door. We had enough privacy.

Such a beautiful energy to have at the start of the trip. She waited for us across the street as well just in case so we don’t get lost. The bed is super comfortable, everything you need in the toilet and shower. The living room space is spacious and so well decorated. Absolutely love this place and will be back next year!
