The location is perfect, you can walk to the beach in a few minutes and you'll be close to all the restaurants. Besides that, you'll have the most wonderful, kindest and loving two ladys who will take care of you like you're family. You'll feel at home here. Any problem you might have, they will help you! Also we were invited for dinner everyday, with homemade delicious meals! Everyone i've met there ended up extending their stay because the hostel and the vibes so nice. I didnt want to leave this place!!

Don’t miss the Moon Isle beach restaurant 5 mins walk away on the beach- had fhe best 3 meals there!

Fully equipped kitchen and a large refrigerator are major plus points, for a group of people. There are a few minor improvements that could attract the guests. Kind of nice to have things like, a small tables in rooms, furniture arrangement (in the rooms). Overall, it's 10/10. 😀

Set just 600 metres from Nilaveli Beach, Nimal's white house offers accommodation in Nilaveli with access to massage services, a garden, as well as a shared kitchen. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. We stayed 3 nights with two kids (8y/10y). Our kids loved the garden with hammock and coconuts. And Nimal loves kids (has 3 daughters). He showed our kids how to open coconuts, gave them tuktuk lessons, and they helped to cook in the kitchen. We ate every evening and morning at his place, as the food which his sister is creating is great and different every day - and she will prepare some special things to try if you want. One evening, the family and friends of Nimal dropped in, and we all celebrated his birthday. Also, on the other days, we often had long discussions with him about culture, family and life in general. Nimal is a local and very well connected: he organized the boat to Pigeon Island for a fair price and organized seats on an A/C bus to Sigiriya. I have not met any other location and person who is so open and heartful. We will keep this place as one of the best experiences in Sri Lanka!

The location (right on Nilaveli beach), the amenities available at the flat, the comfortable seating and sleeping arrangements - way too many things to capture! The host initiated and maintained an open channel of communication from booking through our stay, sending very helpful information on location, getting there, check-in process, local shops and restaurants, etc. The manager and the staff are all very competent and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort.

The views from the balcony and rooftop jacuzzi were unreal. The interior was elegant, with very high attention to detail. Everything was exactly as in the pictures. The kitchen was shopisticated with all possible utensils, porcelains, and cutlery. We loved every bit of four day stay here.
