Washing machine and dryer new, kitchen has oven and full fridge and freezer. Stayed in a two bedroom unit on the third floor and the sun streamed into the living room in the morning. Good value for money, especially for small groups or families. Two bedroom unit was spacious. Room furniture, like beds, tables, draws, etc are of great quality. Four star quality towels (not very common in Asia) Excellent staff!

Phirom is an excellent host. He picked up from the airport in his car and managed our four day trip, even arranged a car to Phnom Penh. His wife Sothea looked after our food requirements 😳.

Guest rooms at the accommodation come with a seating area. Good experience! Hotel Manager, staffs were really helpful. There are 2 choices of Breakfast (American or Continental) which is good. The whole country deal tourist literally only with USD, so you will end up by paying more than your budget! :D We tried lunch and dinner in Sabara hotel restaurant and menu choices are good, bit expensive though! Still compared to other 5 star facilities, it's really far better! It's just behind giant wheel in Siem Reap. Pool is bit small but OK for kids!

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Large shower and great water pressure. The King bed was a joy to sleep in. The Owners and staff were very kind and friendly people.

There is a private bathroom with bath in every unit, along with slippers, a hair dryer and free toiletries. At the guest house, each unit has bed linen and towels. The owner, his family, and staff were all so so lovely and welcoming, we got a tour on arrival thoroughly explaining the facilities and details of the villa. Lots of places to relax outside on the balcony, very comfortable beds, lots of storage in the room, shower was very nice with different settings to choose from. The centre was about a 30minute walk away but there is the option to rent a bike. Filtered water was accessible 24/7 and laundry was available to do yourself at any time included in the price. Lots of curtains ensured privacy but with the choice to have lots of natural light if you wished. Overall for the price this was an amazing stay and I would 100% recommend

I really enjoyed my stay at the bungalow. It was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The pool was amazing—definitely one of the highlights! The staff were also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!
