The host was helpful and very friendly. We did everything by foot, including going to the temples. You can use the free shuttle from the airport to the temples to go to the apartment, as it will stop on the way. Perfect!

Refrigerator in room was a welcome touch and I really enjoyed sitting on my terrace watching the boats on the nile. Rawia and her staff will do all they can to ensure you enjoy your stay as much as I did.

We planned to stay one night in Abu Simbel and we ended staying two! the village is very relaxing, quite, good food and the people are beautiful. The light show at Abu Simbel temple is amazing and unforgettable. Ramadan can also organise a boat trip if you want, he is an amazing host and guide, he helps you with anything you need and want to do. We received free transportation to the temple and he also helped us to get a private ride to Aswan in a a very good price. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, the bed and pillows too. It is a shame so many tours just come to see the temples for the morning before returning to Aswan, as they miss out the wonderful, calm atmosphere here. We highly recommend to stay here!
