From the time of booking until the time we checked in, communication with the owner was exceptional. She was very quick to reply to any questions. Having the spa was a bonus and we used it daily. This property is very well kept and very clean and spacious. It’s very very close to shops and the Pondage. We will definitely be back

All rooms will provide guests with bed linen and towels. As a service that takes away adults with disabilities, it's important for us to have great accommodation and staff. Earl (The Owner) and George (the caretaker) were so helpful and hospitable - going above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed and were comfortable. The property was fantastic and they even set us up with a Zoo experience with their friends. Our staff could not speak higher of the place when they returned home. We will definately go back - thanks Earl and George for a great weekend away.
