The property was clean and as on the pictures. It lies centrally in tam coc, right next to lovely restaurants, cafes and spas. The pool is pretty but it was a bit too cold during our stay to enjoy it. A number of attractions are also reachable by foot or bike. The host is lovely and so helpful! We got a map of all the interesting spots nearby and it was super easy to rent a bike too (motorbike also available) The laundry service was fast and the breakfast tasty as well! There was AC and heat in the unit. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Our host family were lovely. They were always helpful and friendly. They came and rescued us when we had a flat tyre, which was really welcome. The setting was nice and the pool was a welcome place to cool off after a hot days exploring. The breakfast was simple and tasty - a choice from a set menu, with options for vegetarians.

We really enjoyed our stay here and ended up here 4 nights. Clean room and spacious bathroom. Good WiFi. Friendly and helpful owners. They can't speak English much but through a translator you will make it work and they will do anything to satisfy your needs. They helped us get a cheaper taxi to Bai Dinh, also organised a limousine from their place to Hanoi for 200k pp. Lovely breakfast every day.! Would definitely come here again!! Thank you guys. Well done!

Cosy and calm, away from the bars and tourist spots elsewhere in Tam Coc, but at the same time very conveniently located. The owner and his brother were very helpful and rented us well-maintained bikes for a small fee. Breakfast changed every day. This was really a great place, for a very reasonable price!

The Host was so nice! He picked me up from the bus station at 4am and helped me organize everything from laundry, motorcycle and bus to another city really cheaply and efficiently. In the blink of an eye everything was there and settled, just by asking him on WhatsApp. One day it was really stormy outside, so he invited me for a dinner with his family, which was lovely! He can also speak mandarin. The room was very modern, big, and had everything I needed. Maybe one of the best hotel stays I have ever had, because of the super quick and efficient service!

One of my favourite places I’ve stayed in Vietnam. Beautiful well appointed and very clean big double room. The Homestay is right by the river looking at up at all the mountains in Trang An, with tables by the river to enjoy the views with a drink or food. Hana and her family couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. They spent hours with us helping to book a night bus and to recommend sights to see. They were the kindest people who went out of their way to make everything as comfortable as possible for us. We rented scooters from here and also enjoyed the amazing hot pot for a meal, which they cooked with us and was just a great experience. Such a wonderful place I’m so glad I found.

We loved our stay here! For us, it was probably one of the best stays we’ve had in Vietnam. The owners are super friendly and prepare breakfast for us every day. There’s also the option to rent a scooter. The rooms are simple, cozy, and very clean. We are just 10 minutes from the city center, where there’s a lot of activity. Here, however, it’s completely peaceful with no noise at all. We absolutely loved being here!
