Loved the large room - and even had a sea view room which was a lovely bonus. The free transport to the town and back was really handy too

Great location. Spacious apartment for two; nice balcony. Melissa was very helpful and easily accessible with any question I had and made great suggestions for trails and restaurants! Plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, dishes, cable TV only which Melissa mentioned (but there are two smart TV and we were able to mirror Netflix from our cell phone). Two AC units that function as heating units as well in the winter.

Upstairs, the two bedrooms are cozy and inviting, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Montauk. The real highlight, though, is the gorgeous lake view . Walking up to the serene water every morning was absolutely magical. The location is also fantastic, close to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions while still feeling private and tranquil. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, this villa is the perfect choice. We can't wait to come back!
