We stayed at this beautiful apartment for 10 nights and loved it. The owners are a lovely family who live in the main house and made us feel so welcome, they couldn’t do enough for us. The quality and cleanliness of the apartment is outstanding, full of character and very cosy with plenty of space. There is a full, fitted kitchen of excellent standard. Filtered water is provided for drinking. The air conditioning in the bedroom and living area is very effective. The bathroom is of equal quality with a powerful walk in shower. The private pool is larger than most local pools and well maintained. The pool is very deep and perfect for a relaxing day at home, the sun is on the pool all day. The apartment is located within walking distance downhill of The Old Town and Harbour, the local taxi service is amazing and excellent value. Two excellent supermarkets are within walking distance that stock everything you will need.

Villa Sheyma was ideal for what we wanted. The private pool and jacuzzi were perfect. The size of the villa was great for us as two people. Facilities were great too. The host was really accommodating and was regularly checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Would definitely recommend staying here and if we are back in the area, would rebook!

The property offers like the title says „stunning seaviews“. It was so lovely waking up to these every day. Everything was clean and nicely kept. Upon arrival we were greeted. The property manager was always there when we needed. Kalkan town Center is within walking distance.

Everything about the Vila was exceptional. Pool amazing with wonderful views across to the sea. Fantastic outside area for entertaining and sunbathing with shade for when required. Lots of space for 8 adults. Very comfortable beds too and a book library. Overall fantastic place to stay - thank you Villa Yakamoz.

Host was very supportive and easy to contact. Eagles nest is a stunning location as there is a good sized pool, an easy walk to beach clubs and a flat walk into Kalkan. Balcony offers a superb view. The bed in the main bedroom was really comfortable. The on site staff are also really helpful. I would book again.

We absolutely loved our stay atAsfiya Loft Apartment! 🧡 Everything was just perfect — from the warm private pool and breathtaking views to the cozy jacuzzi and super comfortable bed and pillows. The apartment had excellent air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a stove — everything we needed to feel at home. The location is ideal: there’s a shop just a minute away, and a beautiful beach right around the corner. We truly enjoyed every moment and felt relaxed and happy throughout our stay. Location is unreal! I have stayed in Kalkan/Kalamar a few times before and having the direct sea access makes all the difference - the sea is the best I have ever swam in, Amazing location and easy to walk to town (takes 40 minutes and you have to go early to beat the heat!). The hut is set up amazingly for BBQs at home so you don't have to go out every night to a restaurant). The patio is cleaned every morning and we were given a fresh loaf of bread every morning which was such a lovely touch.
