Anders (the host) was welcoming us at the house. We had a detailed tour through the house and (!) Anders took us on a short tour through the surrounding area in order to present the best places for outdoor activities. That was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise. We did appreciate that a lot.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The attention to detail in the decoration made it feel cozy and special, and everything was incredibly comfortable. Amazing value for money. A warm welcome by the owner, that was followed up all through the stay. Our room in the main building was charming, clean ,quirky and full of personal details. The beds were good, and the heating worked perfectly. We were asked when we wanted breakfast and it was ready and waiting for us every morning. Though basic, it was absolutely fine, and should you need more there were several options to upgrade at a moderate supplement. We felt very much at home, and would be more than happy to return.

Thé location and the interior design is amazing. It is located in a nice area surrounded by lakes and forest. The interior is great. It is a nice Swedish cottage with very comfortable sofas and beds. It is decorated in a traditional and at the same time elegant style with quality furniture. Anders, the host is very nice and helped us.

Amazing location. We swam from the little jetty most days. Pure bliss! Breakfasts and dinners under the apple trees. Could not dream of more. The property is very spacious - husband and I had the bottom floor whilst the other little family stayed on the top. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The interior is a bit dated, but it adds to the charm! Pierre, the host, was so helpful and sorted out our queries in no time.
