I had a great stay! The room is like shown on the pictures, it is big and cones with a balcony. The bed was very comfy and the air-con made the heat of Mazunte barable. The staff is friendly and keep all the areas very clean. Its super close to the beach, the bakery, many restaurants, ... When I got sick the owners were super flexible to extend my stay and the staff took such good care of me. I will be forever thankful!

Apartment is definitely better than the photos! Very spacious, right on the main street, lovely balcony too. Simple kitchen to make meals and check in and out was very smooth. Excellent communication with hosts before and during our stay. Excellent value for money. They even have a recommendations book for the area, very helpful. Great stay.

It's very hard to find this little apt which is in the interior of a city block behind a hidded door next to the take out patisserie that opens at 7am. There are no glass windows, and I stayed the first night of Hurricane Eric which meant the rain blew though the screens. (No big deal). A mosquito or two wanted to eat me in.a long meal that lasted all night, but mosquitos are a fact of life. This is a very nice, very comfortable spot. Probably the best single room I've ever rented on 3 or 4 continents. enjoy!

Such a great place! Located a few steps from the beach, close to the shuttle/bus stop and right at the main area of Zipolite. The room is very confortable and spacious. The best part was also the staff! They are very friendly and helpful - and the morning breakfast is different every day and always delicious!

Provides all the amenities you require to go to the beach, free of charge drinking water and good coffee. The kitchen area is cozy and lovely, even has a pizza oven! Property is in an incredible location. Close to an amazing beach and various restaurants and shops. Room is large and bed is very comfortable Really quiet at night. There is an outdoor work out area, several hammocks, and mangoes a plenty. There is daily yoga and a weekly Spanish lesson. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. If you’re coming to the amazing Zipolite, then you simply HAVE to stay at Maracuya! You won’t regret it!!
