This is a very nice B&B. It is definitely a very good choice if you will visit Tokushima. The host, Masae-San is so kind and the helpful. Actually the best host that I’ve ever met in Japan. She picked me up at Tokushima station, cooked very delicious meal and provided fine tea and desert for me. The Japanese-Styles B&B itself is newly built and well equipped. I like it very much. I had very nice conversation with the host, making me feel like a real guest, hahaha~

The guesthouse is in a good location, close to Tokushima central station, and restaurants and shops. It's a great place to make day trips from. The kitchen was handy to cook your own food, but we didn't use it. The double bed was comfy, and Netflix too. The shower was nice, and with the toilet in a different room spacy. Di is a great host, with lots of tips on what to do and where to eat.

It was nice to have an entire place to ourselves and several bunk options so we could space out. All the options of games, books, music and gaming consoles is awesome but we didn't know how to connect the devices up (a manual would be nice).

The place is located around 5 minutes walk to Temple 11 for pilgrimages. 'Shorten' the distance to Temple 12, since it's located near temple 11; perfect place to rest for preparing a next day pilgrimage. The place is new, comfortable and clean. Facilities are compact. Masda-san is really kind and attentive to share informations about pilgrimage. Super recommended. Thank you Masda-san.

This guest house was spacious and comfortable with ample parking and excellent air conditioning. The host was very easy to communicate with, the check in process was very easy and the neighbourhood was very peaceful for a good night's sleep. We had an excellent dinner at Ninisho sushi restaurant, that was just up the road. There is also a supermarket and a Lawson's within a 5 minute drive.
