The location, the facilities at the hotel and the staff at the hotel. It's a family run place. Salman and Saif do a great job in making you feel comfortable there. You can ask them for everything you need and they help you with it. We went to the Ranthambore fort with Saif and that was one of the best experiences. Saif is a really kind young man and explained us everything about the fort and also took us to his favourite spots in the fort.

All was perfect. Best value for the price that I saw on India. Clean rooms super big, like mini studio with fridge TV very good shower and nice balcony. Very good room service, excellent food, very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet place, nice location with many shops around, ATM and food court.the swimming pool is big enough, clean, perfect after a safari. I recommend 100% and I will be back.

If you looked up the word hospitality in a dictionary, then you would see the face of the manager, Mr Sanjay! From the moment we booked, Sanjay organised transport from the train station for a very fair locals price. whenever there was something we needed Mr Sanjay got it fixed. Safari didn't want to pick us up from the hotel and Sanjay got on the phone to them and organised pickup from the hotel. The hotel is very clean, comfortable bed, great pillows, good food for fair prices. staff are good. If you are planning a tiger safari I would ask the hotel to organise it as I would trust them a lot more than the booking safaris.
