Excellent. The apartment is modern, spacious and well-equipped. The property is located in a quiet and safe residential district with a beautiful garden where we enjoyed watching an eagle take a bath - wow! Everything. Sajeev and his wife are outstanding hosts in every sense of the word. The location, in a forest 5 minutes walk from a beautiful and uncrowded beach and 15 minutes from a village with shops is ideal. The room was airy, large enough and comfortable. Hot water and excellent food. A most enjoyable visit.

The villa is located in a peaceful, quiet and atmospheric location. It is easy to get there as it is in between Kannur and Iritty and there are many KSRTC buses running in between the two cities. The room is big enough and the facilites are well maintained. The breakfast is good though there could be a bit more varieties. The family living there is nice and kind but it could be cool if they were speaking a little english as it would have been nice to have some conversations with them. :)

We loved our stay at Raaga on the beach, a charming older style 2 bed 2 bathroom cottage 30m from the beach at Kizhunna – a mile of unspoilt palm backed golden sand washed by the Arabian Sea. There is a kitchen here but if you don't fancy cooking or going out yummy indian food can be ordered in for breakfast, lunch and dinner all served by wonderful Hussain, who also cleans up! Best of all is the roof terrace, with shaded eating area. Watch the sun turn red as it sets over the sea through the coconut palms. If you're looking for a quiet, independent stay in a little piece of unspoilt paradise by the sea this is for you. Good host.

It was truly excellent. The place felt very safe, clean, and spacious—so much so that even the bathrooms were large enough to feel luxurious. The staff treated us like family, and the food was homely, delicious, and comforting.
