The apartment was newly and completley renovated. I mean literarly. We were welcomed by a smell of fresh parquet adhesive. I removed the transport cardboard from the microwave oven and I'm also pretty sure we were the first to use the toaster too. The location was near the area with restaurants, 2 minutes walking distance.

Wonderful clean apartment, fully equipped. Great air conditioning. Very close to the King’s mall, which is very convenient as you can go for shopping, eating and deleting stuff from a huge supermarket. Very quiet. Demetris responded to all of our requests timeously regarding arrival times. The gate was open and so we waited at the pool only for a few minutes before Demetris arrived and assisted us with our luggage to our studio apartment. Demetris was a wonderful host. He invited us to a local concert at the church in the village which was lovely, recommended restaurants, filled the fridge with fruit, wine, water, cooldrinks, chocolates and even some local alcohol to sample. Every morning we found a plate of fruit outside on the patio which was delicious. I just wish we could have stayed longer, but hopefully next year.

The villa is very well equipped, very clean, very close to the beach and offers a view of beautiful sunsets. The landlady is very nice and tries her best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There are 3 bedrooms available in the villa, 2 on the upper floor and one (a bit smaller) on the roof terrace level (which has the best views!). You have your own private terrasse with furniture, a BBQ place and a covered private free parking spot for the (rental) car. The villa can sleep 5 adults very comfortable and there are additional beds available. A large pool is a few meters away from the terrace and it is shared with the other buildings.
