very comfortable and clean beach hut with outside veranda, French press, fridge, microwave, water cooker and some complimentary tea and coffee that we enjoyed - beach is less than a 10 minutes walk away. Nice layout and design, felt private in a beautiful garden setting.

We very much liked Port Elliot. It is not a major resort but it has much to commend it. The property for us was vast but very comfortable and comprehensively equipped. Everything was close at hand with excellent cafes and restaurants and historic places in a quiet environment.

What a unique experience! The PS Federal Retreat was more spacious and well appointed than we expected. The breakfast provisions were great and the view and visiting birdlife in the mornings were a delight. The kitchen and living area were large but still cosy and very comfortable. So much character and charm.

Everything that you could need is available at the property. Beds comfortable and location close to shops and places of interest. Easy access upon arrival and garden secure and private. Cottage has a cosy, relaxed feel with modern kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The unit was clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed like twin hotplate, electric frypan and a good assortment of crockery and cutlery. A nod to well stocked kitchen cleaning supplies and also nice quality toiletries in bathroom. The Staff were helpful and super attentive in resolving a minor matter to do with aircon control.

This is our third stay at the Mariner's Cottage so it obviously meets our expectations. The cottage is very clean and the enclosed back garden is beautiful and dog friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge room is quite cosy. Wifi was good. The bed was very comfortable. The rain shower is excellent. This cottage is in an excellent location.

Welcoming and attentive Staff. Spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. Close to town centre and also 2 large supermarkets. Quality kitchen in the unit with everything you need. A highlight was also the quality bathroom products provided. Great facilities with pool and giant waterslide.

Great accommodation for up to two couples. If you get the upstairs room you need to come downstairs to use bathroom facilities. ... but not a big deal if you dont mind stairs. The other bedroom has on-suite. Large & well appointed kitchen dining area. Very comfortable living space walking distance to shops and eateries. Frankly, a great little accommodation house.
