Everything was perfect; really nice and kind staff, amazing and very clean apartament (it had EVERYTHING we needed), location is great (beautiful nature, 30min with car to the Andorra La Vela), it is family and child friendly. The location is just perfect, accommodation/rooms are clean will equipped and owners are very helpful. The owners where able to arrange our skiing gear in advance, as well as lessons for our kids and so on. We where all set the minute we arrived at La Neu!!

The location is super and right across the road from the lifts. Restaurants all near by. The meet and greet to get keys off Paola was easy. Comuinication from start was excellent. The room is nicely updated and clean. Nice for two people, be a bit of a squeeze for 4 sharing. But a lot higher speck than any others I have stayed in. You are also not ripped off by having to pay extra for linen, cleaning, etc, this is included in the price. But doesn't mean that you should leave a mess for them to clean up. Leave it like you would expect your home to be. Thanks for a great stay.
