Everything. The apartment sized family rooms and incredible silent view was astonishing. The baths were great, staff incredibly welcoming to foreigners and eager to make sure we understood everything and maximized our enjoyment.

Mt. Inasayama is a major tourist attraction in Nagasaki. The hotel is located on the mountain and offers a grand view of Nagasaki Harbor and wharf especially at night. The staff are great, helpful and very polite. The facilities offer gorgeous views, several large baths (not onsen hot springs, but similar) a couple restaurant choices and a bar. Of course all the usual amenities are available. It's not the most modern hotel, but that's what gives it character. It was a fantastic choice for our last night in Nagasaki on this trip. We really enjoyed our stay and would book it again.

The location and view was great.

The staff was kind and helpful. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel at home. They even helped me when my car’s battery die even though it was snowing. I can’t say enough about all of the staff. Dinner was delicious with an amazing view. Recommend it 100%.
