The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!

The room on the 15th floor was super tidy and spacious, we also had a nice view of the roundabout and the fountain on the road! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of food offered. The staff was friendly and really attentive. Highly recommended stay!

I found out that, this hotel is, absolutely covers everything you want, such as business, leisure, family etc. I’m 72 years old, and found that, just a Standard Room at Shangri-la hotel in Jakarta comprises everything you want compared with all the luxury 5-star hotels I stayed in around the world, everything is up-to-date, and quality control, I’ve never asked for anything to be changed or mended etc. From my perspective, the hotel is absolutely perfect for everything and everyone
