Rooms clean, staff were friendly and super nice. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

The staff can assist guests 24 hours a day. A shuttle service is available for an additional cost. Casa El Eden was the perfect place for our 2-night stay in Quito. Mario and Blanca were so welcoming and helpful during our entire stay and went above and beyond. The location is great for central Quito, you're in walking distance to everything you'll want to explore. Do note that this is a building in the middle of the city; the building is very well-insulated from noise when the windows are shut but if you open them you'll hear the people and cars. We loved our stay here and would certainly recommend it!

Set in Cotopaxi National Park, 6 km from the entrance, Chilcabamba Lodge has comfortable rooms charming with rustic-style décor. A daily breakfast with cereals and fruits is included and there is an on-site restaurant with regional cuisine. Wonderful experience, we got to see the Cotopaxi early in the morning and we were able to horse ride in the National Park. The staff was amazing and food was spectacular. The only downside was our horse ride guide, Rafael, who was very disrespectful and inattentive.
