Since we had some important questions to ask, we contacted the hotel 4-5 times before the arrival. The communication was fast and effective and we were satisfied with the answers. When we came, we found the staff super friendly and assisting every way they could. Mr. Sergi Martorell, the manager, was very efficient in solving the problems that have arisen and answering multiple questions we had regarding our week stay in las Terrenas. He was always at the hotel, speaking with guests, inquiring about their day. The hotel is surrounded by an idyllic lush garden. The cottages (we lived in number 21) are nicely designed with a lot of beautiful pictures inside and on the porch as well as colourful furniture. The kitchen has all amenities necessary for making meals and coffee. Both bedrooms have bathrooms. The house was very clean when we arrived. The location is fabulous, a 3 minute walk to the closest sandy beach from which you can stroll long distances both directions. In many cases we were the only ones to swim in the sea in a particular spot. The cafes and restaurants can be found as close as a 5-10 minute walk. When we return to las Terrenas, we will be happy to stay at the same hotel again.

Viva Wyndham V Samana-All Inclusive is an Adults Only resort for clients 18 years old and over. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, an outdoor tennis court, and a spa. Onsite self parking is complimentary and free WiFi is offered. This is our fifth visit, and each time I confirm how fantastic is this hotel. We always stayed in a bungalow, but now I can say the room is excellent. The friendly service from everyone at the hotel makes for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The facilities are very well maintained, the food is excellent, and the beach is always clean and organized. The people are the best: in the entertainment and company the fun and intelligent Ariel, the friendly Michael, and the lovely Shelly, supported by Iandra, Uli and everyone else (all they make me remember Chocolate); in the sea activities Wagner; in the bar, Walkie and Sammy preparing the Churchill; and on the beach, Luisa. The smiling María and Carlos (Pitbull) in the dining room were always kind. Without Santo, there are no miracles (Sin Santo no hay milagro)... Thank you, Santo, for being attentive to everything.
