I really enjoyed the service provided to me by the staff, they were really kind and were super helpful toward me. To me, they really made the experience a lot more enjoyable. Not only that, the rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable and the food there is super delicious as well!

It also houses a wedding hall at 8th floor of the hotel. The Niccolo Chengdu is perfectly located right next to Taikoo Li, an upscale open-air shopping area that also includes the Da'ci Temple. It's also conveniently connected to the IFS (huge shopping mall). The service was excellent—attentive and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and included nightly turndown service, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom was also generously sized. The concierge service stood out, with Jon providing outstanding assistance in organizing all of our attraction bookings. Highly recommended!

On-site hot spring bath is also featured. Cindy & Noemi communicated with us clearly in English to make sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure our trip was excellent. The property was spacious, clean, well organized, and well staffed.

The architecture is beautiful, location is great, the staff is really kind and helpful, they helped us booking our tours to Leshan Buddha and the volunteer day at the Conservation Center of the Giant Panda with Sam, who was incredible knowledgable and kind!
