We had the perfect stay, Steven was a fantastic host and gave us great travel recommendations for individual travelers. He was very welcoming and the facilities were great value for money.

Carol is absolutely fantastic, super helpful and kind- I really owe my amazing experience to her! Her mum in the attached restaurant is also lovely, food there was great, room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Perfect location for the national park with the avatar mountains and Carol was great at giving the best tips and route which meant no queuing! She was also wonderful at organising transport etc and was always there to help. Such a great stay- I want to come back!

Staff was lovelyyy! Location - it’s 2min walk to the park. But if you want to go to Tianmon mountain, you have to go first to the city (25min) and there take the cablecar.

Wally was extremely helpful. He provided us with a map of the National Park for our two day stay and recommended an itinerary for us, which we would have been lost without. We had an excellent time thanks to him. He also recommended a lovely local restaurant. The room was comfortable and we were able to do laundry at the hotel, which was very useful. No breakfast provided, but there are places close by to eat at.

The location is top notch! Basically 10 minutes to the mountain gate on food! And you can see mountains from the inner courtyard too, which in itself is lovely. Breakfast is pretty varied, we loved it. The room is comfortable and clean.

Lovely setting with mountain view. Well located close to one of the park entrances. Anthony is so nice and helpful. He gave us advice about how to see the highlights of the park properly. He was always available to solve any problem promptly. You feel more like a houseguest at a friend's home than in a hotel. That's a real plus in my opinion especially in a country with such a language barrier

The host was incredibly friendly. He provided me with free drinking water during my stay, a free room upgrade and was always very helpful with handing out cards and explaining how to get around. He also offered to buy tickets for me in advance. Overall, great stay. The lodge is 15-20 min walking distance to the east gate of the national park.

Our host gave us a very warm welcome and even upgraded our rooms that were very spacious, clean and comfortable. She was very lovely and helpful to plan our visit in the different parcs. The food was also amazing.

my stay at YOLO was absolutely incredible! I booked a tent but due to rain and thunderstorms I got upgraded to a double room completely free of charge! The staff are just the sweetest people ever and as a solo traveler they really made an effort to make me feel at home :-) It was also very easy to meet other travelers as the resort attracts international guests and everyone arrives and gathers under the big tent roof! Thank you to the lovely team at YOLO for making my stay so special :-) ps: they have baby animals!!
