Breakfast was exceptional. Met my families needs and then some. will definitely be returning in future years.

Excellent hotel in Siebnen, with a good restaurant, that had special offers for the hotel guests. I stayed there one night, and the room was nice and very clean! Breakfast was also very good!

Many rooms have views over the lake and mountains. The hospitality & the perfect location is exceptional 10/10. Special shouts for Maria, the super kind receptionist, who woke up in the 3 AM (the receptionist closed in evening), because we arrived super late. She made sure we were able to check in, without hassle. The view from our room is stunning! Property with elevator is a plus & our room is clean. Def came back next time. Best of luck!

It is also an easy walk to the train station. The staff was very helpful, whether it was a warm drink in the afternoon or helping us to get laundry done. We were very happy with our stay.

The property has 3 restaurants that serve regional and international cuisine. They explained well how to get to the hotel when coming from other places like Lucerne. The hotel has a beautiful view, especially from the Mineralbad hot springs. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We ate dinner at the hotel in the bar area and really enjoyed all of the food. Our server was engaging and friendly. The front desk workers were very pleasant and helpful. We had to leave the mountain very early to catch the ferry back to Lucerne. They helped me figure out the time we had to leave the hotel in order to make it to our destination in time for our pre-planned event.

Brunnen is a beautiful town and well worth a visit, the ferry is only a short walk away. We also had secure parking for our motorcycle.
