The Frutt Family Spa is available for children younger than 14 years. We had an amazing stay at Frutt Mountain (Lago Lodge)! The hotel was incredibly kid-friendly and baby-friendly, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. For the kids, there was a game room with a bowling alley, a cinema room, and even Lego plates at the kids’ buffet – such a fun touch! For our baby, they provided everything we needed, including a baby bathtub, baby body wash, diapers, and wipes. At dinner, they even had a special infant chair for babies who can’t hold their heads up yet – we were so impressed by the thoughtfulness. The whole place was spotless and very well organized. The buffet and sit-down dinner were both extremely delicious. The staff made our stay extra special – Lucca, the manager, was incredibly helpful, our server Stefan was wonderful, and the two ladies at the front desk were so kind. Our room had a breathtaking view, as if we were staying right inside a Scottish loch. Walking around the lake and seeing the cows nearby was one of the highlights of our entire trip. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families traveling with children. We’ll definitely be back!

Our rustic-style 3-star hotel with 12 rooms enjoys an idyllic, sunny and quiet location on the edge of the village, offering superb panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

Make use of our secure and covered parking and keep in contact with friends and family via the free internet access. The centre of the village is reachable within a pleasant 15-minute walk and in winter the ski bus brings you to the train and cable car station for free. The bus station is reachable on foot in 4 minutes. In winter, please take bus stop Heimat, in summer please take bus stop Brunni. Those bus stops also are the correct ones coming from the train station. Central, clean, well provisioned. Excellent communication.

The hotel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The woman who served us breakfast was exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made our mornings delightful. The location was also very convenient for accessing Mount Pilatus.

The restaurant serves Swiss and international cuisine. Helpful and friendly staff. Location right by the bus stop and train station. Excellent Restaurant.

The terrace of the hotel offers beautiful sunset-views and is facing the Kurpark. Guests can also relax with a drink at the Regina Bar. The view for the balcony is astonishing! Swimming pool was the main reason we selected this hotel and it is for sure one of the best we experienced! Saunas area is also great (only inconvenience or advantage to someone that it is naked only saunas) Rooms are much better than on the hotel pictures. Great location. Engelberg is a great town to enjoy maintains and the hotel is in the center of it.
