I had one of the corner rooms, 206. Was really spacious and comfortable. Breakfast I rated as good. Love the fresh orange juice, the quality of the bread and pastries. As a vegetarian I missed some options, to replace the cold cuts and some fresh vegetables would have been nice.

Just 150 metres from Basel Main Train Station and the airport shuttle bus and only 10 minutes' ride by public transport to Basel Messe convention centre, Metropol Hotel is a modern non-smoking hotel in the centre of Basel . We stayed at Hotel Euler and were upgraded to a suite which was lovely. Convenient location.
