I initially thought I had booked a suite with a bathtub, but it turned out that suites come either with a shower or a bathtub. During check-in, I asked if there was a possibility to switch, but unfortunately, all suites were fully booked at that moment. However, just an hour after we checked in, the receptionist kindly approached us and offered to move us to another suite with a bathtub, as a last-minute cancellation had made it available. This level of attentiveness and service truly made our stay exceptional!
